Originally from Montana, Ryan grew up riding dirt bikes, gas scooters, and downhill bikes, you name it, he's probably been hurt doing it.

He studied at the U of M for welding and fabrication, and went on to weld for Felco, MT Hydraulics, BNSF, and owned and operated Bearmouth Express with his father for the last five years, previously working on and off there since grade school.

He is now done with that profession and on to his true passion full time for the last couple years of helping others transform their bodies and minds through health and fitness.

Ryan has 10+ years of experience in fitness and has helped over 65 men and counting transform their lives permanently.
Passionate about health, wellness, and making a positive impact on the world, Ryan Tripp created a lifestyle that supports just that in both work and life.

Combining his experience as an entrepreneur, fitness trainer, and fabricator, he founded the “Fat To Muscle Blueprint” program.

Originally setting out to get his own health back in line after watching a close family member struggle with an unhealthy lifestyle that nearly led to a tragic moment.

His goal was to simplify the daunting process of losing weight and becoming healthy without restrictive dieting by showing and teaching others how to build a sustainable lifestyle and maintain their results without the constant need for a personal trainer or dietician telling them how to be healthy.

"My goal is to help hard working, family men who work in a shop, construction, rail road, mechanic, fabricate, always on the road,  etc. to achieve a healthy & sustainable life and still drink beer and eat burgers with friends on the weekends. Because I've done all those jobs, I know the struggle, and how defeated you can feel at times & that is what drives me every single day."
- Ryan Tripp
Ryan finds himself spending most of his free time in the backcountry on his Timbersled, at the lake wake-foiling, or in the beautiful sky in Buckeye Arizona skydiving.

"I'm not an adrenaline junkie, although it is something that you get a lot of from these kinds of sports, I do it because I understand how crucial being outside your comfort zone is for growth in all aspects of life."

As someone who is extremely afraid of heights, it's a battle in my own head every time I go jump. But when I commit to something, I'm ALL IN."
